In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), users of the HollyFriends application are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and operation.

The HollyFriends application (hereinafter "the Application") is published by:

3. Hosting Provider

The Application's data and services are hosted by:

Hosting of cloud functions (Edge Functions) and the PostgreSQL database is provided by Supabase, an approved data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) binds the publisher to Supabase.

4. Map Data and Establishments

  • Geocoding: OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — data under Open Database License (ODbL). © OpenStreetMap contributors.
  • Tourist accommodation register: Atout France — public data (open data).
  • Transport networks and places: OpenStreetMap.

5. Intellectual Property

The general structure of the Application, its source code, interfaces, logos, trademarks, illustrations, and all other elements comprising it are the exclusive property of Gerlando Zicari, except as otherwise stated (see Section 4 and the ToS intellectual property article).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or total or partial adaptation is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Gerlando Zicari.
