Child Safety Standards

HollyFriends enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Commitment

Gerlando Zicari, publisher of the HollyFriends application, commits to:

• strictly prohibiting any content, message, image, or behavior that sexualizes minors or facilitates their exploitation;
• detecting, moderating, and promptly removing any content identified as CSAE;
• immediately suspending any account involved in such content or behavior;
• cooperating with competent authorities and child protection organizations (including NCMEC) as required by applicable law.

2. Minimum Age and Protection of Minors

Use of HollyFriends is restricted to individuals aged 13 or older. Users under 15 must obtain prior authorization from a holder of parental authority before creating an account. See our Terms of Service for details on this requirement.

3. Reporting Content or Behavior

Any user can directly report a suspicious profile, message, or behavior from within the app, using the reporting feature built into groups and chat hubs. Reports concerning the safety of a minor are treated as an absolute priority.

4. Handling of Reports

Any report related to potential CSAE content triggers: immediate removal of the content pending review, suspension of the account involved, and a report to the competent authorities where required by law.
